Due to the recent government restrictions for Estate Agents being lifted, we have now opened our office and back to business!

We are working on slightly different working hours which are as follows:

Monday – Friday

10.00am – 4.00pm.

We can con­firm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. We are open but following government guidelines, so we will be operating a 1-in-1 out policy.

We have cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in-line with guidance and have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace. Please help us to save lives by maintaining social distancing

Important information for tenants:

We will endeavor to do our best to attend any essential maintenance work during this difficult period.

As our engineers are working on a limited service, tenants are asked to contact our office for essential maintenance issues only.

We ask to only come to the office it is essential, if not, please call us on 0116 2557573 or contact us via email on gavinder@shonkibros.com / lettings@shonkibros.com.

For rental payments please could all tenants either call the office to pay by card on the normal office line (0116 2557573) or pay by bank transfer No cash payments will be taken until further notice.

Auctions

Due to the current restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, our next auction on the 15^th July 2020 will be an online auction.

All of the property’s which are to be offered for sale via auction will be offered for sale online, meaning that leading up to the auction date you will be able to place bids on any property which may be of interest to you. Should the property not meet is reserve price then it will be offered for sale on the 15^th July 2020 via live stream on our website.

In order to bid for any property which is available and being offered via live stream on our website, please click here to complete our registration form to bid via proxy, telephone or internet. Please ensure that you complete the registration forms and provide all debit card details no less than 24 hours prior to the auction.

Our next property auction is due to be held on the 15th July 2020, entries are currently being invited. Primarily this auction will be online and will be broadcast via live video feed on our website. Bidders will be able to carry out telephone, proxy, or internet bids to secure their purchases.
