Fees:
A holding fee, equivalent to one week's rent, is required from the incoming tenants upon receiving satisfactory references. This fee is subsequently deducted from the total balance due before moving in. The deposit is only collected once the application has been accepted by the Landlord/Agent. We do not accept holding deposits before obtaining full references.
Typically, the tenancy deposit is calculated at no more than five weeks' rent.
In addition to the Tenancy Application Form, tenants must submit identification documents (such as a UK driving license or passport) and proof of the right to reside in the UK (e.g., UK passport or EEA identity card or Share Code (Home Office ‘share code’ system).
