Meet Lal Sangra, our property auctioneer, whose legacy spans decades. Lal opened the office on Narborough Road in 1985, continuing the tradition established by his father, who founded the family business back in 1965.

Since 1985, Lal has overseen many successful auctions and forged strong relationships within the community. His wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellence have earned him the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Lal relishes family time, going on walks with the family dog, Chester, and passionately cheering for Leicester City F.C. Go Foxes!

Meet Gavinder Sangra, the dynamic director at Shonki Bros, representing the third generation of the family business. Committed to propelling us into the digital age, Gavinder's ambition is to expand our social media presence and innovate our online customer engagement.

With a background in playing and coaching football, Gavinder brings strategic insight and teamwork ethos to his role, ensuring top-notch service for every client.

In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and you'll often find him hitting the gym bright and early, never missing a morning workout session!

Meet Kam Sangra, our director who has been an integral part of Shonki Bros since the opening of the Narborough Road office in 1985. Alongside Lal, Kam played a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the local community.

With a keen eye for numbers and a sharp mind for finance, Kam is responsible for the company accounts. Her expertise ensures the smooth financial operation of our business, allowing us to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. With decades of experience under her belt, Kam remains dedicated to upholding our standards of excellence and driving the success of Shonki Bros forward.

In her free time, Kam enjoys caring for her grandchildren and whipping up meals that bring the family together.

Anjali joined Shonki Bros in 2014 as Lettings Administrator and has since worked her way up to Lettings Manager and now manages our Lettings Department. With a decade of dedicated service and known for her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, she ensures seamless execution with every client interaction.

Whether you’re a landlord seeking new tenants or a tenant searching for your ideal rental, Anjali is dedicated to assist you in finding the perfect match!

Outside of work, Anjali finds joy in travelling and embarking on exhilarating hikes in nature.

Meet Jeena, the newest addition to the Shonki Bros team! Originally joining us in July 2023 for what was meant to be a short-term summer position, Jeena's dedication and exceptional performance quickly turned it into a full-time role as Sales and Lettings Administrator. Whether she's managing enquiries, coordinating viewings, or providing administrative support, Jeena's is a great asset to our team.

Outside of work, Jeena's creativity thrives as she immerses herself in drawing stunning artwork and playing the guitar.
